LogiDIY Micro FPV Drone Lab – Small-Batch Founding Batch
Terms of Service (TOS)
By completing payment via Stripe, you confirm that you read and accept these Terms. Mandatory consumer rights in your country always apply.
2.1 Who we are
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to purchases made from LogiDIY Micro FPV Drone Lab (“LogiDIY”, “we”, “us”).
We are a small family-run business based in Poland, creating family-safe DIY STEM projects and micro indoor FPV drone kits. By placing an order and completing payment, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you accept these Terms.
2.2 Our products and pre-orders
We sell small-batch, doctor-designed micro indoor FPV drone kits (“Products”). Most orders are pre-orders: we collect your order and payment, then order premium components, assemble, configure and pack your kit.
Because this is a small-batch, partially hand-assembled product:
- exact timelines cannot be guaranteed,
- small cosmetic differences may occur (e.g. minor marks from testing).
We always aim to deliver a fully functional kit that matches the descriptions above.
2.3 Prices, payment and taxes
- All prices shown at checkout are final for that order and include:
- the kit price, and
- shipping & handling for the region selected.
- Any applicable taxes (e.g. VAT) are included or displayed in the total as required by law.
- We accept payment via Stripe and any methods Stripe supports in your country.
- Your order is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of confirmation from Stripe.
2.4 Shipping and risk of loss
We ship to the countries shown at checkout using third-party carriers.
We pack kits carefully, but once a parcel is handed to the carrier, delays or damage in transit can occur.
- Please inspect your package as soon as you receive it.
- If parts are missing or visibly damaged, you must contact us in writing (email) within 7 days of delivery, with:
- your order number,
- clear photos of the outer box, packaging and contents.
We will review your case and, where appropriate and in line with applicable law, help with:
- replacement parts,
- repair instructions, or
- claims against the carrier.
We are not responsible for:
- delays caused by carriers, customs, strikes or force majeure,
- packages lost due to incorrect address information provided by you.
We will always reasonably support you in tracking and resolving shipping issues.
2.5 Product use and safety
Our kits are not toys. They are STEM DIY electronics kits intended for users aged 10+ with adult supervision.
By using our Products you agree that:
- you will supervise any minors during assembly, charging and flying,
- you will follow all safety instructions in our materials,
- you will only fly indoors or in safe, open spaces and low wind when outside,
- you will not fly near faces, crowds, public roads or restricted areas,
- you will follow all applicable laws and regulations in your country.
Misuse of the Products (e.g. ignoring safety rules, reckless flying, modifying electronics) can cause damage or injury. You are responsible for using the Products safely.
2.6 Returns, withdrawal rights and defects (EU consumers)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have a legal right to withdraw from distance contracts within 14 days without giving any reason, subject to certain exceptions. We will respect any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country, including rights relating to defective or not-as-described goods.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit your statutory consumer rights.
Because our Products are small-batch and assembled to order, and because once they are flown and crashed they cannot be “returned as new”, we:
- do not offer any additional voluntary return policy beyond what the law requires,
- will, however, comply with your legal rights in case of withdrawal or defect.
If you believe your Product is defective or incomplete on arrival, you must:
- contact us in writing (email) within 14 days of delivery,
- include your order number, description and photos of the issue.
If we confirm a defect or missing parts, we may, at our discretion and in line with your legal rights:
- provide replacement parts,
- offer repair instructions,
- or, in some cases, offer a partial refund or alternative solution.
2.7 No extra refunds beyond legal rights
Outside of mandatory consumer rights and confirmed defects, we do not provide refunds for:
- change of mind after the legal withdrawal period,
- damage caused by misuse, incorrect assembly or crashes,
- normal wear and tear of parts (batteries, props, frames, etc.).
In such cases, we may, at our discretion, offer:
- guidance,
- discounted spare parts, or
- digital support or discounts on future services,
but we are not obliged to refund or replace the Product beyond what is required by law.
2.8 Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- any indirect or consequential loss (such as loss of profits, opportunities or data),
- any loss resulting from your misuse of the Products or failure to follow safety instructions,
- damage resulting from modifications or unauthorised repairs.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by our negligence,
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation,
- any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
2.9 Governing law and disputes
These Terms and any disputes relating to your purchase are governed by the laws of Poland, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
If we cannot resolve a dispute directly, you may have access to:
- EU Online Dispute Resolution platforms,
- local consumer protection authorities,
in addition to any rights you have before the courts.
